По тому что условия соглашения Дональда Фредовича не устраивают ни Россию ни «Украину & Антанту», единственно кого они устраивают – он сам.
Фактически, суть этого договора есть увольнение США с развязанной ими войны России и Европы по собственному желанию, но с золотым парашютом, который должны обеспечить вовлеченные в конфликт стороны.
Разница между Россией и «Украиной & Антантой» в том, что «Украина & Антанта» должны дать свой ответ завтра, а Россия – когда-то потом.
«Украина & Антанта» и Келлог хотели бы, что бы завтра ответила Россия, но у них нет возможности такую очередность изменить по тому, что Келлог не Трамп.
В этих обстоятельствах, единственно что может сделать Трамп в четверг это послать «Украину & Антанту» … к Путину.

Is the punishment for cursing in F1 too harsh? Racing boss hints at changes after driver backlash
A standoff over cursing in Formula 1 could be one step closer to a solution.
Ahead of this week’s Miami Grand Prix, the president of Formula 1’s governing body, the FIA, has signaled he’ll make “improvements” to punishments for swearing and criticism which have sparked a backlash from F1 drivers.
FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem posted on Instagram Monday that after “constructive feedback” from drivers across the various event the FIA governs, “I am considering making improvements to Appendix B.”
That’s the document which lays out the punishments for a range of offenses ranging from physical violence to political statements, using foul language and any comments deemed to cause “moral injury or loss” to FIA. The base fine for an F1 driver is set out at 40,000 euros ($45,500).
Cursing behind the wheel
It’s not clear that cursing is more common in F1 than other sports. With radio broadcasts from the cars and camera crews throughout the paddock, drivers are under more surveillance than almost any other athletes.
“In other sports you don’t run around with a mic attached to you,” Verstappen said last year. “I think a lot of people say a lot of bad things when they are full of adrenaline in other sports. It just doesn’t get picked up.”
Various drivers have also called for a lenient approach to swearing out of frustration over the radio during a race, if a non-English speaker uses a word without being sure of its meaning, or if drivers use an expletive to describe themselves or their own car, not other people.
Verstappen’s suggested it should be a problem for broadcasters, not drivers. The four-time champion said last year that TV includes drivers swearing “probably also for entertainment purposes,” adding: “I think it already just starts with not broadcasting it.”
Drivers are frustrated
Ben Sulayem has been seeking to crack down on cursing since last year and punishments were tightened for 2025 to allow for larger fines and suspensions for drivers who swear repeatedly.
From the start, his efforts have attracted controversy.
“We have to differentiate between our sport — motorsport — and rap music,” Ben Sulayem said when he announced his plans last year in an interview with motorsport.com. “We’re not rappers, you know.”
Seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton, who is Black, said there was a “racial element” to Ben Sulayem’s comments.
The crackdown on swearing prompted a backlash from F1 drivers when Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc were punished last year. Leclerc was fined and Verstappen was asked to make amends with community service for describing his car with an expletive. Drivers in the World Rally Championship boycotted TV interviews last month after one of them was fined.
It’s not just about profanity. After the last F1 race in Saudi Arabia, Verstappen refused to talk about a penalty which cost him the lead because, he suggested, any criticism risked breaking the FIA rules.
“I know that I cannot swear in here but at the same time, you can also not be critical,” he said.
How do other sports deal with cursing?
Approaches differ across sports and generally take the circumstances into account. Athletes who curse at a referee or a fan generally get harsher punishments.
When he was sent off for explicit language while protesting a referee’s call in February, Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham sparked a debate on where soccer should set the limits of what’s acceptable.
“Bellingham didn’t do anything that deserved a sending off,” his coach Carlo Ancelotti said. “He said ‘(expletive) off,’ not ’(expletive) you.’ I don’t think that was meant to be offensive.”
“Audible obscenity” rules in tennis are one example where an athlete could be fined for using an expletive about themselves or their game — similar to some of the incidents F1 drivers have been concerned about.
Golf star Tyrrell Hatton was fined in November for cursing loudly and snapping a club in a frustrating moment on the European tour.
In the NBA, Minnesota Timberwolves star Antony Edwards got a $100,000 fine in December for profanities in a TV interview. The league said the fine was larger because of Edwards’ history of similar incidents. He was also fined $50,000 last week for using inappropriate language and an obscene gesture toward a spectator.
What could happen next?
Much will depend on the substance of any changes Ben Sulayem introduces. So far, it seems he’s focusing on how punishments work, not changing the rules themselves.
There has already been one sign of a more flexible approach when Carlos Sainz, Jr. wasn’t fined for using an expletive in a news conference while he protested another fine for being late for a national anthem.
Ben Sulayem’s four years in office have been marked by repeated confrontations with drivers and senior officials. A change of course on cursing could mean less tension ahead of potential re-election later this year.
“Humans make the rules and humans can improve the rules,” Ben Sulayem wrote Monday. “The principle of continuous improvement is something I have always believed in and is at the heart of all we do at the FIA.”

Reform pledges to ban all flags except Union Jack, St George's Cross and county flags on public buildings
Labour have raised concerns about the Ukrainian flag being banned from flying, while Conservatives have highlighted the initial announcement's exclusion of county flags. Reform says the latter will be allowed due to national heritage.
A row has erupted after Reform UK pledged to ban local authorities from flying any flags aside from the Union Jack or the St George's Cross in councils they control.
In last week's local elections, Reform UK gained control of 10 councils, two mayoralties and won more than 500 council seats.
And after saying last week they want to end all diversity and equality hire roles, another policy was announced this morning by party chairman Zia Yusuf.
He said on social media that Reform-controlled councils will move "at speed" to ensure the only flag that will be flown on public authority buildings "will be the Union Jack and the St George's flag".
He added: "No other flags will be permitted to be flown on flag-poles, balconies, reception desks or council-chamber walls."
The announcement quickly drew criticism from across the political divide - including from Labour, Liberal Democrats and the Conservatives.
Labour MPs, including Dover and Deal's Mike Tapp, said this would stop councils flying the Ukrainian flag.
Mr Tapp said: "Reform are to ban the flying of Ukrainian flags from public buildings. A gesture of solidarity we see across the whole country."
He then branded the party: "Putin's puppets."
This is an attack line often used by the prime minister in Prime Minister's Questions, with Sir Keir Starmer accusing Nigel Farage of "fawning" over the Russian leader.
During last year's election campaign, the Reform leader reiterated his belief that the West and NATO had "provoked" Russia's invasion of Ukraine - though said it was "of course" Vladimir Putin's "fault".
In 2014, he said Mr Putin was the statesman he most admired.
Richard Tice, Reform's deputy leader, proceeded to mock Mr Tapp on social media, replying with a series of water drop emojis and saying "drip, drip, drip" - adding: "Oh, it's the Tapp again".
However, the loudest criticism came from the Conservative ranks. Councillors and MPs attacked Reform's policy for potentially stopping regional flags like that of Kent or Yorkshire from being flown.
A Reform spokesperson said: "Reform UK will proudly fly the Union Jack, St George's Flag and County flags. Unlike the Tories and Labour, we are proud of our country and history."
It is understood that flags with "national heritage" will also be allowed.
Among those criticising Reform was former Tory leadership hopeful Tom Tugendhat, whose constituency is in Kent.
He said: "The White Horse has been the symbol of Kent for almost two thousand years.
"The first king of Kent, Hengest, is said to have used the flag as he and his brother, Horsa, conquered their new kingdom.
"Denying our flag is denying our history."
Dr Luke Evans, the Conservative MP for Hinckley and Bosworth, asked on social media if Reform would allow the Leicestershire county flag to fly.
Similar comments were made by Tory councillors on social media, as well as some Liberal Democrats.
The war of words comes after the Conservatives and Labour both suffered heavily at the hands of Reform in last week's local elections, as well as the Runcorn and Helsby by-election.
As well as flags belonging to other countries, the measure will also prevent councils controlled by Reform from flying flags associated with movements, causes or anything else - for example the Pride flag.
A Reform source said: "The Tories seem more upset about Reform councils flying the union flag than their councils flying the trans flag. It sums up the state of the Tory party, the sooner they're consigned to the dustbin of history, the better."

While Yusuf’s announcement was seen as targeting rainbow or pride flags, the party was later forced to respond to attacks by Labour and Conservative MPs who criticised the idea that county flags would not be allowed to fly.
A Reform spokesperson later said: “Reform UK will proudly fly the union jack, St George’s flag and county flags. Unlike the Tories and Labour, we are proud of our country and history.”
However, the party was also attacked for a policy that would apparently spell the end of councils flying Ukrainian flags in solidarity with the country after Russia launched its full-scale invasion. The Ukrainian flag was flying above Grimsby town hall last week where the party celebrated one of its key victories, the taking of the newly created Greater Lincolnshire mayoralty.
Mike Tapp, the Labour MP for Dover and Deal, said on Monday: “As VE Day reminds us, Britain has a proud history of working with allies to defeat dictators and tyrants.
“It tells you all you need to know about Nigel Farage’s Reform that their very first act after winning elections is to ban the Ukrainian flag from our town halls, in this of all weeks.
“Farage and Reform councillors should stop sucking up to Moscow and drop their ban on flying the Ukrainian flag immediately.”
The position of Farage and others associated with Reform towards Russia has long been one of the party’s achilles heels.
One of Labour’s regular attack lines against Farage, who was criticised for suggesting the west “provoked” Russia’s invasion of Ukraine by expanding the EU and Nato eastwards, has been to accuse him of “fawning” over Vladimir Putin.
Reform UK took control of 10 councils in England at last week’s local elections, including Durham, Lancashire, Staffordshire and Kent. It is also the largest party in a number of local authorities including Leicestershire county council.

Foreign Secretary David Lammy will send senior diplomats on a trip around the U.K. in July to gather investment ideas they can then pitch around the world, as he tries to turn the centuries-old Foreign Office into a "salesforce for the U.K. economy."
“I’m dispatching my top team across the country so they can be the best possible champions for British interests overseas,” Lammy told POLITICO.
Ambassadors to China, India, Japan, Norway and vital EU countries like Germany and France received a letter in April summoning them back. The traveling pack of ambassadors will be back in the U.K. in early July for what the government is calling a "domestic roadshow."
Over two weeks, they will fan out across the country, after the foreign secretary asked them to build relationships with Britain's devolved governments, its local mayors — and firms with an eye on overseas markets.
Planning meetings are underway to match diplomats with U.K. nations, mayors and the firms most relevant to their markets.
Lammy used a speech earlier this year to make clear that ambassadors should “give equal weight to their contacts in business as well as in politics.” They've been asked to draw up “strategic economic growth plans” with British trade commissioners as Labour pushes to turn around the stagnant U.K. economy.
“Our main aims for these roadshows are to strengthen the [Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office]’s links with the U.K. regions, focusing particularly on supporting [the government's]’s growth mission,” a senior Foreign Office official wrote to U.K. ambassadors in the April 29 letter inviting them home.
The British government plans to set out its industrial and trade strategies in the coming weeks. These will target eight potential growth sectors in the British economy, including defense, clean energy, life sciences, digital tech, advanced manufacturing and services. Ambassadors are hoping to visit firms linked to these during the roadshow.
“It is really important to us if we’re going to up our game that the whole embassy is involved in this,” said a U.K. government official.
